Print-on-Demand Products

  • Processing Time: 1–7 Business Days

Personalized or Custom Products

  • Additional Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days

Processing times do not include weekends, public holidays, or shipping transit time.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and available delivery options are displayed during checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.

3. Delivery Information

Once a shipment reaches the destination country, final delivery may be completed by local postal services or regional carriers.

During high-demand periods, customers should allow an additional 5–10 business days beyond the estimated delivery window.

4. International Shipping & Customs Fees

  • Customers are responsible for any fees imposed by their local customs authorities.

Zanova™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

5. Shipping Address Changes

If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Address change requests must be submitted within 6 hours of placing your order.

Once an order enters production, processing, or fulfillment, shipping information can no longer be modified.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be in production or fulfillment and may no longer qualify for cancellation.

Please note that certain payment processing fees may be non-refundable once a transaction has been processed.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your tracking information indicates unusual delays or if your shipment appears lost in transit, please contact our support team.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist where possible.

However, delays caused by customs authorities, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or carrier-related issues remain outside our direct control.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

Zanova™ is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a shipment must be resent due to inaccurate shipping information, additional shipping charges may apply.

9. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after the carrier has received the package.
